Transactions at S.T Mobiles International are subject to terms and conditions, just like any other purchasing experience. We’ll keep it as short as our lawyers will allow. The most important thing to remember is that by ordering or purchasing something from stmobilesinternational.com, you agree to the terms listed below as well as S.T Mobiles International’s Privacy Policy.
If you want to return a product, you can only do so if you fulfill the following guidelines:

Refunds

We at S.T Mobiles International commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order.If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that S.T Mobiles International is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
In the event that a product is faulty upon delivery and this was not realized during packaging and delivery, clients are advised to make arrangements for the product to be shipped back to the store immeadiatley. Our technical team will asess the product for the extent of defect and if its beyond minor repairs and its within 7 days since it was ordered we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

Consumer Electronics:

Mobile & phone accessories, computer and computer components, software’s, speakers, and headphones.

7 Days Replacement: This item is eligible for a free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of the item delivered is wrong or physically damaged with a manufacture’s defect. Please keep the item in its original condition with manufacturer packaging, accessories, price tags, user manual, warranty card and other accompaniments for a successful return pick up. For any device-related issue, please contact the carl care centre (details as mentioned on the invoice) or the brand authorized service center directly.

Shipping

S.T Mobiles International is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, S.T Mobiles International may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re restocking them as fast as we can. S.T Mobiles International reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when S.T Mobiles International confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, S.T Mobiles International will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
